Duties
Provide qualified haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling services tailored to each client’s preferences
Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully and offering style recommendations
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure safety and hygiene
Upsell additional grooming products or services to enhance the client experience and increase retail sales
Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling payments
Communicate clearly with clients about styling options, aftercare advice,



and product recommendations
Keep workstations organized and sanitized throughout the day to uphold health standards

Experience
Proven experience as a barber or in a similar hair styling role with a strong portfolio of work
Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their grooming needs
Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety protocols within a grooming environment
Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a positive client relationship
Experience managing front desk tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing transactions
Familiarity with retail sales techniques to promote grooming products effectively

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
