Duties
Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
Take and relay customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and kitchen spaces by performing regular cleaning duties
Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies to keep the front of house well-equipped
Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction





Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong foundation in customer service
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cashiering tools
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail
Solid cleaning skills to uphold hygiene standards throughout the establishment
Serving it Right Certification
Must be 19 years of age or older
