Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Early Childhood Educator to join our team. In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, socialization, and growth. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education will inspire young learners and support their developmental milestones.

Duties
Plan and implement engaging activities aligned with the FLIGHT curriculum to promote early childhood development
Foster a protected, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere where children feel valued and motivated
Support children’s social-emotional skills through caregiving, guidance, and positive reinforcement
Assist with daily routines such as mealtime, nap time, and outdoor play to ensure a consistent and caring workplace
Observe and document children’s progress, sharing insights with families and team members




Collaborate with colleagues to develop individualized plans for children with diverse needs or disabilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials and learning spaces

Requirements
Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings
Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices
Ability to provide compassionate caregiving while supporting children's developmental needs
Classroom experience demonstrating effective behavior management techniques
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus
Excellent communication skills to engage with children, families, and team members
Certification or training in early childhood education preferred but not required

Pay: $17.43-$29.03 per hour
