Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Duties
Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial or industrial settings
Operate hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment safely to complete cleaning and maintenance tasks
Utilize facilities maintenance skills to address minor repairs or report larger issues for resolution
Use heavy lifting techniques when moving furniture, supplies, or equipment as needed
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage of equipment
Follow safety protocols and health guidelines to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally
Document completed tasks and report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards
Skills
Experience with custodial or commercial cleaning preferred; familiarity with facilities maintenance is a plus
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment effectively and safely
Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, safety standards, and sanitation practices
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during shifts
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks requiring stamina and strength
Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and interacting with clients
