Duties
Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation are top-notch
Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, taking their orders and answering questions about menu options
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations
Manage time effectively to handle busy periods while maintaining high standards of food handling and service
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities




Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and freshness of all ingredients

Skills
Experience in food preparation, serving, or food industry roles is highly preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests
Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory counting
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in cashiering or restaurant operations is a plus; enthusiasm for upselling menu items is highly valued
