Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation by chopping, peeling, and organizing ingredients to streamline cooking processes
Support the cooking team in preparing meals according to established recipes and presentation standards
Ensure all food handling practices adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Serve dishes efficiently and courteously to customers, maintaining excellent food service standards
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
Follow proper food storage procedures to prevent contamination and spoilage




Support inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying supervisors of shortages or issues

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food safety protocols and handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail
Robust teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues and delivering excellent customer service
Basic understanding of meal preparation processes within the food industry or hospitality sector
