JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Entering and scheduling dental lab cases accurately
Arranging courier pickups and deliveries
Answering phone calls and emails from dental offices
Assisting customers with questions, requests, and timelines
Communicating case details with the production team
Keeping records and case information up to date




Supporting daily front office operations in a fast-paced lab

QUALIFICATIONS
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good data entry and organizational skills
Able to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
Solid communication and customer service skills
Professional and positive team player
Able to use computers and office system efficiently

Schedule:
8-hour shift
Monday to Friday
