Duties
Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat according to store specifications and safety standards
Ensure all meat products are handled with proper food safety and hygiene practices
Package meat products efficiently while maintaining presentation quality
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations
Assist customers by providing knowledgeable service and answering questions about meat products
Follow proper food handling procedures during all stages of food preparation and packaging
Support inventory management by organizing stock and notifying supervisors of low supplies

Skills




Prior experience or familiarity with the food industry, particularly in meat cutting or butchery
Solid understanding of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
Ability to operate knives, saws, and other butchery tools safely and effectively
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Knowledge of food preparation, packaging, and presentation standards
Kitchen experience is a plus, demonstrating comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and quality assurance

Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour
