Event Coordinator -

Are you an organized, hands-on professional with a passion for events and a talent for bringing spaces to life? We’re looking for an experienced Event Coordinator to manage both in-house operations and off-premise event setups.

About the Role
This dynamic position requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can seamlessly coordinate events from planning through execution for all off-site locations.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute events from start to finish (corporate, weddings, private functions)
Manage in-house event logistics, timelines, and staffing
Lead off-site (off-premise) event setups, including transportation, layout, and teardown
Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth service logistic planning
Oversee event setup, décor, equipment, and service standards
Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site with professionalism and efficiency
Ensure all events meet quality, safety, and brand standards

Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in event coordination, including off-premise event setup
A positive, respectful attitude with skills in communication, client relations, and teamwork.

Knowledge of and experience in a food service operation where exemplary service has been a focus.
Solid organizational and time-management skills
Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Excellent communication and client service skills
Proactive hands-on approach with a willingness to assist other internal departments
Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, and holidays required)
AGLC ProServe
Valid Alberta driver’s license (mandatory)

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
