Reporting to the General Manager, the Estimator/Project Manager is an important member of the management team with a significant role in the overall performance of the company. We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team who can hit the road running.
Job Duties
Inspect buildings to determine the work needed to stabilize emergency sites and then return buildings back to their original condition while ensuring compliance with codes and desired standards
Dispatch crews to complete emergency assignments
Establish scope and standards for construction projects
Estimate the equipment, manpower and materials required to accomplish each project using industry approved software
Respond to Emergencies on a 24 hour on call basis on a rotation schedule
Ensure company protocol is followed and industry Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are met or exceeded
Manage existing client relationships and foster and grow new relationships with industry partners
Ensure all Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to
Provide excellent customer service
Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
Qualifications
A minimum of 3+ years’ experience,
preferably in the Restoration industry
Construction / Restoration / Insurance experience preferred
Possesses solid computer skills
IICRC certification in Fire and Smoke, Odour Control and/or Water Damage would be preferred
Experience managing people and projects
Comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles and practices
Eligible to operate a motor vehicle per WINMAR®’s vehicle policy
Ability to work within a team or independently as needed
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting

We offer a solid compensation package which may vary based on specific skills and experience.

Pay: $65,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
