Super Spotless Building Maintenance Inc. is seeking a motivated and professional Sales Representative to help expand our commercial cleaning and building maintenance business throughout the Okanagan.

The successful candidate will generate new business opportunities through door-to-door business visits, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and follow-ups with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities
Visit local businesses to introduce our commercial cleaning services
Make daily cold calls to prospective clients
Create and send skilled sales and follow-up emails
Identify qualified leads and schedule building walk-throughs
Build relationships with property managers, business owners, facility managers, and decision-makers
Follow up on proposals and maintain regular communication with prospects
Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, visits, leads, and appointments
Meet weekly and monthly sales activity targets
Represent the company professionally in the community
Work closely with management to develop sales strategies and target new markets

Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, business development, cold calling,



or door-to-door sales is preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Skilled appearance and positive attitude
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
Strong follow-up and time-management skills
Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required
Experience in commercial cleaning, facility services, or property management sales is an asset
