and coordinate with emergency teamsWrite incident reports and communicate security concernsAnswer questions in person or by phoneQualifications For a Security Control Room OperatorBe authorized to work in CanadaHold a valid Alberta Security LicenseMinimum 1 year control room/disptatch experiencePrevious security concierge experience is an assetStrong computer and typing skills, proficient with Microsoft OfficeExperience with monitoring and operation of video and surveillance systemsProblem Solving skillsExceptional customer service skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThis could be more than a job!
