Job Overview TheClient Engagement Manageris responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships and leading the successful execution of medical communications (specifically medical publications deliverables) programs across assigned accounts and projects.This role serves as a key liaison between clients and internal teams,
ensuring initiatives are strategically aligned, delivered on time and within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The Client Engagement Manager articulates the client’s vision for each project, translatesobjectivesinto clear direction for internal teams, and ensures deliverables align to agreed strategies, metrics, and regulatory requirements. This individual thrives in a fast-paced agency environment,demonstratesstrong judgment and attention to detail, and is viewed by clients and colleagues as a dependable, solutions-oriented partner. Responsibilities Serving as the primary day-to-day client contact for assigned accounts and projects, delivering consistentlyhigh levelsof client service. Leading execution of medical communications programs from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery to scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. Leading regular client status meetings, preparing agendas, status updates, and meeting recaps withtimelyfollow-up. Collaborating closely with Creative, Editorial, Digital, Project to manage day-to-day execution.
