Steamworks Brewpub (located in Vancouver's Gastown District) is looking for the right individual to join our energetic FOH Restaurant Management team. Previous management experience is preferred however all applicants with a positive attitude, solid work ethic, and a love for all things hospitality will be considered.

This is a full-time position where compensation will be competitive with local industry standards. There is ample opportunity for learning and growth in this company at the management level.

Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant with a hands-on approach
Ensure customer service and satisfaction
Utilize leadership skills and motivate employees
Provide high quality hiring, training, and support of front-of-house employees
Communicate with back of house employees
Banquet room event management
Excellent time management and people management skills
