Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will oversee medication dispensing, ensure patient safety, and provide expert pharmaceutical care .

Responsibilities
Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and safety standards
Provide comprehensive medication counseling to patients, explaining proper usage, potential side effects, and interactions
Monitor patient responses to medications and adjust therapy as needed in accordance with medical directives
Maintain meticulous records of medication administration, inventory management, and patient interactions
Stay current with evolving pharmaceutical regulations, medical terminology, and best practices in patient care




Educate patients on medication adherence strategies to promote health outcomes and prevent adverse effects

Skills
Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration
Ability to interpret prescriptions accurately and verify medication compatibility
Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality care standards
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Kroll experience is an asset
Injection certified

Pay: From $67.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25.0 per week
