Duties
Perform tire inspections to identify wear, damage, or punctures and recommend necessary repairs or replacements
Use hand tools and power tools to mount, dismount, balance, and align tires accurately and efficiently
Conduct heavy lifting of tires and wheels safely to facilitate repairs and replacements
Maintain detailed records of services performed and communicate findings clearly to customers
Assist with general vehicle maintenance tasks as needed, including fluid checks and brake inspections
Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair options, answering questions,



and ensuring customer satisfaction
Support sales efforts by recommending appropriate tire products and accessories to meet customer needs

Experience
Prior dealership experience or automotive mechanic background preferred
Solid mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and tire technology
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Knowledge of automotive maintenance procedures and safety standards
Sales experience is a plus, especially in recommending products or services
