Responsibilities
Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and tools on-site
Support skilled workers by preparing work areas and handing off supplies as needed
Perform general site cleanup to maintain a safe and tidy work environment
Carry out basic tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials under supervision
Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure personal and team safety at all times
Operate easy equipment like wheelbarrows, hand tools, or forklifts if certified




Help with site setup and breakdown for daily operations or project completion

Experience
No previous construction or labour experience required; we provide on-the-job training!
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability as key qualities
Willingness to learn recent skills and follow instructions carefully
Basic understanding of safety procedures is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
Ability to work well within a team environment and communicate effectively

Pay: $23.00 per hour
