The Sales Support Coordinator, Canada is responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with all assigned customers, the sales team and all Primo departments. They will assist in all projects relating to Canadian customers including the coordination of new account set-ups and presentations

Responsibilities and Duties
Assists the Sales Department, Managers and Senior Vice-President, Sales - Canada.
Prepares customer vendor set-up sheets and follows-up with assigned sales team.
Responds to customer and reps questions and requests for information over the phone or via e-mail.
Follows-up with customers and other departments as needed.
Investigates order discrepancies.
Request for skus
Manages customer profiles (i.e. Customer Maintenance Sheets) to ensure accuracy of customer information, as required.
Works together with the Finance department with regards to opening new accounts
Prepare presentations and spreadsheets for customers.
Coordinates samples and swatches with Product Development/Purchasing and reps/account managers, as needed.




Coordinates the set-up of current customers (credit applications, Customer Maintenance Sheets, etc.)
Performs other tasks related to his / her area of expertise, as needed.

Qualifications
Computer skills: excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
Bilingual - English and French.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, coordinate projects and respect timelines.
Customer focused with robust communication skills.
Must have a solid eye for detail, passion for continuous improvement.
Solid organizational skills
A team player that works effectively under stress
Is autonomous, self-starter and can time-management
Shows flexibility and reliability.
