Duties
Prepare ingredients and assist with food preparation to ensure timely service during busy hours
Cook menu items according to standardized recipes, quality standards, and safety guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations, including proper food handling and storage practices
Support the kitchen team by performing basic cooking tasks, such as chopping, assembling, and plating dishes
Follow all food safety protocols to ensure health regulations are consistently met




Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs
Contribute to a positive work environment by collaborating effectively with team members and maintaining a skilled attitude

Qualifications
Previous food service experience or restaurant work preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is valued
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills
Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in meal preparation
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
Basic understanding of serving procedures and customer service expectations
