As a trainer, your responsibilities involve leading money management workshops and providing personalized coaching to community members.

You will implement the agency’s client-led Money Skills curriculum while collaborating with community partners to broaden access to training prospects. Your focus on trauma-informed support will enhance participants' financial competence and independence. Key Responsibilities:
Lead community-focused money management training programs
Offer individual coaching sessions tailored to clients' needs




Partner with local organizations for enhanced resource access
Administer the Money Skills curriculum effectively
Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all activities Requirements:
Degree in social sciences or relevant field of study
Proficient in community project facilitation
Knowledgeable about personal finance and systemic issues
Certification like CFP or Money Coach is beneficial
