We are seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy equipment,

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy-duty equipment
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, lubrications, and inspections.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work carried out.
• Always adhere to safety protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Heavy Duty Mechanic or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Conditions

This is a unionized position. The starting wage is $41.16 hourly as per the Collective Agreement.
