Join Stonehenge's mission as a Support Worker in their Crisis Stabilization program. Provide crucial support for those in mental health and substance use crises. In this full time position, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to helping clients stabilize during crises and navigate their recovery journey.

The Support

Worker must have a strong background in social services and at least one year of hands-on experience. You will engage clients in defining wellness goals and coordinate services for their long-term wellbeing. Key Responsibilities:
Support participants with personal goal achievement
Develop risk management and crisis intervention plans
Conduct room inspections and facilitate group support




Navigate services and connect clients to essential resources
Monitor client health and provide necessary documentation Requirements:
College diploma or university degree related to social services
Minimum one year of experience in relevant roles
Understanding of case management and crisis services
Current First Aid/CPR Level C certification
Ability to transport clients and positive driving record Help create a supportive workplace for individuals in crisis at Stonehenge Therapeutic Community.
