Whether you're assisting with food preparation, operating the POS system, or maintaining cleanliness standards, you'll be instrumental in delivering top-notch service every day.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of frozen yogurt flavors and toppings with precision and care
Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately
Manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity and attention to detail
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and upselling products to enhance their experience
Maintain food safety standards by adhering to sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures
Keep the workspace clean, organized, and sanitized according to health regulations
Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness





Experience
Previous food service experience or restaurant background is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners eager to grow in the food industry
Familiarity with food preparation, cashiering, and food handling techniques is advantageous
Robust time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service
Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations within a restaurant or food industry setting is highly desirable
