In this role, you’ll own the engineering aspects of BCI's Workday platform, ensuring seamless integrations and dependable data reporting across essential departments.

Collaboration with various internal teams and vendors is central to your responsibilities, as you support architecture standards and mentor upcoming engineers. Your contribution will not only enhance platform governance but also set the standards for successful integrations. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and maintenance of Workday integrations
Act as the technical lead for integration architecture




Monitor and optimize platform integration health
Deliver semi-annual release assessments and readiness plans
Create and uphold platform governance policies Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience
Established hands-on integration development in Workday
Proficient in integration tools and security setups
Solid understanding of technical concepts in APIs
