Facilitate a safe, welcoming setting for children
Support mothers in their journey to regain custody
Collaborate with community agencies for holistic support
Nurture positive relationships with youth in care
Implement the Baby Steps Program guidelines effectively

Requirements:
Qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
Relevant experience working with children required
Must obtain CPR and ASIST training within 6 months
Possess a valid driver’s license with a secure driving record
Background check with Vulnerable Sector required within 6 months
