At Meatball Pizza & Pasta, youll help deliver great food and exceptional guest experiences while supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations, team leadership, and food quality standards.

As Kitchen Supervisor, youll work alongside the team during service while helping lead daily operations, coordinate workflows, and ensure a smooth, productive kitchen. Were looking for a hands‑on leader wholeads by example, and contributes to a positive, respectful, and supportive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Lead and support the kitchen team during service.

Skills & Experience

• Previous similar experience
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
