In this critical position, you will serve as the first point of contact for Members during overnight hours at GoodLife Fitness Clubs. You'll be responsible for greeting, checking in Members, and managing phone inquiries. Your expertise in club services will help you create a supportive environment while ensuring facility cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Check in Members and greet recent potentials warmly
• Address incoming calls and schedule appointments
• Support Members with fitness inquiries on the gym floor
• Provide starter sessions for new club members
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the Club
Requirements:
• Background in customer service highly valued
