Analyze, document and prioritize users' business needs in order to define solutions that meet the project's objectives.
Collaborate with architects, IT teams and stakeholders in the development, validation and implementation of solutions.
Lead workshops, present recommendations, ensure follow-ups and act as a liaison point between users and implementation teams.
Produce and maintain required documentation, including business processes (BPMN 2.0), functional specifications, minutes and training materials.
Participate in quality assurance activities, testing strategy and execution, and solution deployment.

The profile sought is as follows:
Bachelor's degree in business administration,



information technology, management or a relevant discipline.
Have at least eight (8) years of experience in business analysis, including five (5) years in large government organizations.
Have completed at least two mandates of more than 250 person-days in large-scale projects of more than 2,500 person-days carried out in Agile mode.
Demonstrate significant experience in gathering and translating business needs into functional and operational requirements.
Have participated in a mandate of more than six (6) months using Azure DevOps.
