Home Owners Choice Restoration & Six Stars Construction & Restoration Inc. are looking for a qualified and motivated Receptionist & Outreach Specialist to join our growing team.

Location: North York, ON
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position: Full-Time | In office

Responsibilities include:
Answering and directing incoming calls
Greeting clients and visitors
Making outbound outreach calls and following up with potential clients
Scheduling appointments and consultations
Maintaining contact lists and records
Providing general administrative and office support

Requirements:
Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or outreach experience
Comfortable making outbound calls
Strong communication and telephone skills
Fluent in English
Skilled, organized, and reliable
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
