Operate an industrial single-needle Juki sewing machine to sew mainly DOWN JACKETS
Follow work orders, patterns, measurements, production instructions, and sample requirements.
Sew straight seams, edges, hems, labels, covers, panels, and other required components.
Maintain consistent stitch quality, seam allowance, alignment, and overall product appearance.
Inspect finished pieces for loose threads, defects, uneven stitching, or quality concerns.
Adjust thread tension, change needles, replace bobbins, and re-thread machine as needed.
Identify machine issues and report maintenance concerns to the supervisor.
Trim excess material and threads while keeping the workstation clean and organized.
Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.




Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Requirements
At least 6 months of experience operating an industrial sewing machine is required.
At least 6 months of experience with single-needle JUKI machines is required.
Experience in textiles, upholstery, foam products, furniture, mattress, garment, or manufacturing production is an asset.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
