Advantage Accounting is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join our in-office team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals currently working in a public accounting firm who are ready to take the next step in their career.

What you'll bring
CPA designation (required)
5+ years of experience in a public accounting firm
Strong expertise in T1 personal tax returns (high -net-worth, professionals, self-employed)
Experience with cross-border and U.S. tax filings (1040, 1040NR, FBAR) is an asset
Excellent analytical, written, and client-facing communication skills

What you'll do
Prepare and review Canadian and U.S. personal tax returns
Advise clients on tax planning strategies




Communicate directly with clients and tax authorities
Mentor and support junior staff during peak season
