Your role will include collaboration with various stakeholders to monitor energy management plans and ensure adherence to technical standards for current constructions. Leveraging your experience enhances the efficiency of HVAC operations across the Region.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all preventive maintenance of HVAC systems
Ensure compliance with technical standards in construction




Manage project leadership and participate in sign-offs
Support HVAC services and project documentation efforts
Collaborate on capital contracts to meet operational needsRequirements:
Completion of a relevant Community College Diploma
Must hold TSSA Gas 2 Technician and 313A Refrigerant certificates
At least three years’ experience in HVAC fields
Familiar with Electrical Code and Standards
