Ledcor is actively seeking a dedicated Grader Operator experienced in heavy equipment operation. With a minimum of three years in grading, you will be responsible for keeping local highways safe through maintenance and repairs. This position will challenge you with work in all weather conditions and require a commitment to operational safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate grader equipment and loaders
• Ensure year-round maintenance of highways
• Work outdoors in various climate conditions
• Travel to different shop locations as needed
• Carry out routine maintenance on equipment
Requirements:
• At least 3 years experience as a grader operator
• Provide a recent driver's abstract
• Previous snowplow truck operation experience is a plus
• AZ or DZ driver's license preferred
• Highway maintenance background is advantageous
