Credit Valley Family Health Team is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its primary care team in Mississauga. The NP will provide family‑centered care, health promotion, and disease prevention across the life span, working with an inter‑skilled team in a teaching, academic setting.
Responsibilities include assessment, care planning, prescribing within RN(EC) scope, and collaboration with physicians and other health specialists. Travel between CVFHT sites may be required.
