My husband and I are looking for a childcare provider for our son, primarily on Friday and Saturday evenings.
Our son is initially shy and tends to stay close to us when meeting recent people. Once he feels comfortable, he quickly comes out of his shell and reveals his inquisitive, playful, and sweet personality.
We are hoping to find someone who has experience working with children who may have some attachment-related challenges and who understands the importance of building trust at a child's pace. Patience, kindness, and a gentle approach are very significant to us.
