Join us as a Manufacturing QA Engineer at Raven's Landing, Saanichton, BC, where you will lead initiatives to ensure product quality and compliance throughout the manufacturing process. This 100% onsite position focuses on effective solutions to prevent nonconformities. As part of the QA team, you will be responsible for managing the Process Audit Program, leading investigations into defects, and implementing necessary corrective actions.

You will also support current product introductions and maintain compliance with environmental regulations, contributing to continuous improvement efforts across manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage Process FMEAs and Control Plans
Lead the Process Audit Program and define schedules




Investigate defect failures and implement corrective measures
Support NPI with reviews and SOP approvals
Conduct GR&R;/MSA studies in collaboration with teams Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of manufacturing experience
5+ years in a QA engineering role
Proficient in ISO 9001 or ISO 13485
Solid analytical and statistical software skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Drive quality assurance and lead process improvements at Raven’s Landing, ensuring excellence from start to finish.
