As a Human Resources Consultant with Intact, contribute to our HR Claims team on a hybrid work basis. Drive meaningful HR initiatives focused on employee relations and strategic change management.

In this 12-month contract role, you will provide consulting and coaching to leadership within Ontario's Claims Contact Centre. Your insights will help evolve practices and improve employee engagement across a large client group.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver HR coaching tailored to operational needs
• Analyze trends to propose valuable HR solutions
• Manage comprehensive employee relations activities
• Support leadership development and talent strategies
• Facilitate workshops and investigations as needed

Requirements:
• HR-focused post-secondary degree or equivalent
• At least 3 years in an HR consulting role
• Ability to build robust relationships with stakeholders
• Agile and resilient in energetic work settings
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
