The role uses PeopleSoft HCM, ServiceNow, and PureCloud to document and resolve tickets while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to privacy policies.
You will engage across channels (phone, email, chat, in-person) and may cross-train into Finance, Payroll, IT, or Research Services.
