Salary Range: CA$40,000.00 To CA$50,000.00 Annually

ID Logistics Canada – XYY1 in Ajax, ON is looking for Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

Human Resources Support

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding.


• Support new hire orientation and maintain employee records.


• Support perks administration, HR compliance, reporting, and employee engagement activities.


• Serve as backup for payroll processing and administration.


• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information.

Site Administration Support

• Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) using internal procurement systems


• Track invoices and vendor payments


• Plan employee events and recognition programs.


• Draft site-wide communications and maintain communication boards


• Manage office and breakroom supplies.






• Coordinate facility vendors and mail services.


• Locker Management


• Serve as first point of contact for visitors and vendors.


• Coordinate visitor access and front office operations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, office administration, or a related role.


• Strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ADP systems preferred.
