Your role will be vital during post-cutover support from November 19 to November 30, 2026. Our client seeks four dedicated consultants to deliver direct floor-walking and desk-side support, ensuring users can efficiently navigate current technology implementations. Candidates must possess solid troubleshooting capabilities and a customer-oriented mindset, handling a variety of incidents and working directly with users in the mining workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Offer proactive desk-side and floor support

Troubleshoot login, MFA, and access issues
