As a Maintenance Manager, you will oversee maintenance operations and equipment reliability at P&H; Milling.

This role requires ensuring compliance with health and food safety standards while fostering an workplace of teamwork and innovation. You will be responsible for planning maintenance activities and overseeing budget management. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the maintenance workforce
Implement and manage a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) program
Communicate effectively with QA, Production, and OH&S; teams
Plan oversight of machinery installation and repairs
Assist in capital project installations and budgeting Requirements:
Engineering degree or relevant trades certification
Experience leading maintenance teams
Proficient in CMMS and maintenance software
Capable of interpreting mechanical and electrical schematics
Robust problem-solving and analytical capabilities Utilize your technical skills and leadership to enhance maintenance operations at P&H; Milling.
