Working within units like Assessment, Sexual Behaviours, Trauma Disorders, and Aggressive Behaviour Modulation, you'll utilize evidence-based practices to facilitate psychosocial rehabilitation. Your nursing experience and commitment to mental health legislation will be invaluable as you help patients reintegrate into the community successfully. Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients using the Risk Needs Responsivity Model
Develop and implement effective treatment strategies
Execute psychosocial rehabilitation in various program units




Participate in care coordination with multiple health professionals
Track patient outcomes and contribute to discharge planning Requirements:
Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Up to three months of relevant nursing experience
Knowledge of mental health and addiction issues
Solid grasp of Mental Health Act and related laws
