Our clients include some of Canada’s most prominent financial institutions, investment managers and pension funds, using our risk rating, spread matrix and mortgage pricing services to support "mark to market" accounting, performance measurement, and portfolio valuation.Role And ResponsibilitiesExecute detailed risk analysis and conduct valuation and pricing of commercial mortgages and fixed income products using DCF and market‑based approaches.Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports for annual client risk ratings and valuation summaries, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.Drive sector expertise by conducting industry and market research, managing research databases, and responding directly to client investment and risk queries.Optimize operational processes by leading or assisting with software development, testing, and automation initiatives.Manage ad‑hoc projects and process improvement initiatives, demonstrating ownership over complex tasks and deliverables.Skills And QualificationsMinimum two (2) years of relevant experience in commercial real‑estate underwriting, valuation, or credit analysis.Post‑secondary education in business administration, finance, real estate,
