Drive resident well-being as a Life Enrichment Program Coordinator with us. Enhance the psychosocial and spiritual needs of residents through engaging activities. In this position, reporting to the General Manager, you will develop and deliver creative programs that respond to the diverse needs of residents.

Using the Welbi platform, you'll assess individual requirements while fostering community involvement and promoting a culture of kindness. Your leadership will ensure that each resident feels valued and included. Key Responsibilities:
Design and evaluate recreational programs for residents
Facilitate community services and residents’ council meetings
Ensure activities are executed based on planned calendars
Collaborate with other departments to achieve resident requests
Supervise volunteers and staff in program delivery Requirements:
Community college diploma or university degree in a related field
Leadership experience, preferably in gerontology
Robust compassion and communication skills
Valid driver's license required
Explicit vulnerable sector screen and recent TB test Lead with compassion and creativity to enhance resident engagement and quality of life.
