Duties
Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service at the front desk
Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and relay messages promptly
Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR) systems with accuracy and confidentiality
Verify patient insurance information and process billing or payments efficiently
Assist with appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-up reminders to optimize clinic flow
Support clinical staff by preparing patient charts, updating medical histories, and managing documentation
Handle administrative tasks including filing, faxing, scanning documents, and managing office supplies
Experience
Previous experience working as a Medical receptionist or in a medical office setting in GTA is MANDATORY
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems - ACCURO is essential
Robust understanding of medical terminology to accurately interpret clinical information
Proven ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently in a busy office environment
Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional front desk support within healthcare settings
Office experience involving administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and record management is highly valued

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
