We are a small family of four, with 2 toddler boys: Seth and Eli. Seth is very hands on and loves to play. Eli is very similar but has moments where he likes to be on his own. Seth is a picky eater while Eli will eat anything. Both boys are very vocal and talkative. They express their likes and dislikes when needed but are reasonable when it comes to negotiating. They reflect eachother's energetic behavior. But sometimes, like most siblings, can get into arguments over sharing/toys. My husband works full time, 12 hour shifts and I work part-time up to 20 hours a week. I mainly work 3 or 4 days a week, generally 5 hours from the the afternoon till dinner time. A nanny would be an ideal form of childcare compared to daycare where my boys have the luxury to adjust to only one person, rather than an entire setting.
