WSP seeks a Mechanical Technician to join its Property & Buildings Mechanical team. In this role, you will work on various projects, bringing together mechanical systems with other engineering disciplines. Your responsibilities include developing BIM models for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection to support secure and productive buildings across British Columbia and Yukon.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive mechanical designs using Revit
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes
• Prepare system calculations and technical documentation
• Support construction activities and respond to RFIs

Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology or similar
• Solid knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience with building systems design
• Excellent communication skills
