Role: Senior Vulnerability Analyst

Duration: 1y (possible extension)

Location: GTA (downtown Toronto/ Scarborough location is possible)

Hour/week: 37.5 (furlough time during some holidays)

Rate: 50-60/hr (depended on expertise level), must be incorporated

Requirements:

- 3–5 years in an IT Support, Help Desk L2, or Endpoint Engineering role with a focus on vulnerability remediation – remoting into individual work stations, tweaking, group policy, application update, etc.
- Strong understanding of vulnerability remediation processes
- Familiarity with updating and managing software (e.g., Java, Windows OS)
- Experience using Intune for policy pushing and endpoint configuration
- Hands-on knowledge of SCCM for software/patch deployments and device group management
- Comfortable working in remote support tools (ScreenMeet or similar)
- Able to analyze and interpret data using Power BI and Excel (pivot tables)




- Ability to research and resolve technical issues independently (Google, forums, vendor docs)
- Comfortable with endpoint-focused tools such as Systrack (Lakeside) – admin access not required

Technical expertise and Tools Summary:

- Intune and how Intune can push policies
- Knowing what screenmeet is – remote KVM solutions - (experience or ability to learn fast)
- SCCM – add computers or users to groups so they get updates
- Software delivery cycle
- Operating system not updating – 21 to 22 H2 – all automated
- Ability to understand power BI dashboards – click a dashboard
- Microsoft excel pivot tables – knowing what it is – quails is scanning the data
- Familiar with Systrack (lakeside Systrack) - basic knowledge
