Responsibilities
Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, tinting, and skin analysis tailored to each client’s needs
Provide personalized product recommendations and retail sales to enhance clients’ beauty routines
Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly, professional atmosphere
Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize client experience and personal commission revenue
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, answer questions,



and ensure a positive experience

Qualifications
Valid esthetician certification
Experience with esthetic services and skincare treatments, and retail sales preferred, not mandatory
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
Excellent customer service skills to foster loyalty and repeat business
Ability to handle front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling and client check-in/out if needed
Demonstrated enthusiasm for beauty trends and ongoing professional development
Reliable team player committed to delivering exceptional service in a quick-paced environment
