As an HR Business Partner , you’ll play a pivotal role in making this vision a reality. You’ll partner with leaders to drive organisational design, support acquisitions and integrations, manage TUPE processes, and deliver strategic HR projects that shape the future of our business. What you’ll do: Lead on change management and organisational design initiatives Support TUPE, acquisitions,



and integration processes Own employee relations cases and provide expert guidance Deliver ER clinics and coach managers on HR best practice Analyse people data to shape decisions and solutions What we’re looking for: CIPD Level 5 (part or fully completed) and solid HR experience Solid knowledge of employment law and employee relations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to travel and a valid UK driving licence If you’re passionate about people, data-driven decisions, and making change happen, we’d love to hear from you!
